Products containing controlled, prohibited, adulterating, or otherwise unlawful ingredients may not be sold merely because they appear on the Website.

Approved Representatives may promote authorized Mellow Mafia products and receive compensation for qualifying gross product sales attributable to their assigned representative account, referral link, or promotional code.

Representatives may elect one of two compensation options:

• Option A — Cash Commission: 10%

• A cash commission equal to ten percent (10%) of qualifying gross product sales.

• Option B — Store Credit: 15%

• Store credit equal to fifteen percent (15%) of qualifying gross product sales, instead of a cash commission.

For this purpose, qualifying gross product sales means the actual product purchase price after customer discounts, but before deduction of product costs, processing fees, or Company operating expenses. Sales taxes and separately charged shipping fees are excluded.

Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or charged-back sales do not qualify for compensation.

Representatives may not receive both compensation options on the same sale.

Store credit may be redeemed toward eligible products at mellowmafia.shop in accordance with the published Store Credit Policy and applicable law.

Commission payment timing, compensation elections, attribution rules, reversals, representative obligations, and termination procedures are governed by the separate Independent Sales Representative Agreement.

Representatives are independent contractors, not Company employees or equity owners.

No compensation is earned solely for recruiting another Representative.

All trademarks, logos, product names, packaging artwork, Website designs, original photographs, proprietary formulations, trade secrets, and protected written materials remain the property of Mellow Mafia or their respective owners.

Website access grants only a limited, nonexclusive, revocable license for lawful personal use.

Users may not counterfeit, infringe, misappropriate, or commercially exploit protected Company intellectual property without authorization.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits lawful research, testing, regulatory reporting, or activities protected by law.
